This healthy recipe is simple with just a few ingredients: mozzarella cheese, olive oil, diced avocado, tomatoes, fresh basil, salad sauce, and any kinds of grilled meats or fish.
Firstly, combine all dressing ingredients including olive oil, vinegar, and honey until nice and smooth in a small bowl. Then, combine it to the ingredients, except Mozzarella cheese, in a large bowl and sprinkle with a small amount of salt. Finally, add Mozzarella cheese balls on top only at this point, so that they don't brown from the dressing.
This salad is an ideal appetizer and also an extraordinary to bring for picnics and parties.
