Confirm order & Delivery
- When you ordered successfully, customer service staffs will contact you to confirm your order and send delivery information via email, hotline or SMS as soon as possible.
- Nam An Market will contact you by phone before delivery.
- In order to confirm order quickly, please provide correct and complete information regarding the delivery or terms and conditions of the promotion (if any).
* DELIVERY TIME: With orders arising before 20:00 will be delivered in 2 HOUR, AFTER 20:00 will be delivered on the next day.
Area of delivery
Nam An Market only deliver within HCM city. With the purpose of preserving the quality and freshness of foods, Nam An Market currently does not offer shipping for fresh and frozen foods for delivery addresses outside of Ho Chi Minh City.

- Products when delivered are lost their seals, wrongly delivered in terms of quantity, information and design compared to the order.
- The product is damaged due to a manufacturer's fault that is different from the manufacturer's published quality standards or to a fault during transportation (deformed, scratched, stained, cracked, etc.).
- The product expires before or on the date the product is delivered to the customer.
- Do not apply to products under restricted return categories or products with restricted return notes in product description.
- The product is intact, fully labeled, in its original packaging, sealed according to the original specifications (except for the case where the product is defective or damaged during transportation).
- The product has full accessories (user manual, warranty card...) and accompanying gifts (if any).
- The product is not dirty, has no strange smell, has no signs of being used.
- The customer also keeps the confirmation of the purchase at Nam An Market (order number, purchase invoice, delivery receipt, bank statement ...) and fills in all information on the return request form according to sample of Nam An Market.
- Customers have 03 days from the date of receipt of dry goods to submit a request for return.
- For fresh goods, customers have 120 minutes (from the time of receiving the goods) to request a return if they meet the conditions and reasons for returning the product.
- The time to request a return is based on: if the customer brings it to the store to return it, the time is when Nam An Market staff receives the returned product from the customer.
- For products exchanged due to the fault of Nam An Market or suppliers, customers will be free of charge for exchange and free delivery to the location indicated on the return request form.
- For products returned due to customer's change in usage needs, please contact the store for advice.
- Refund method is based on customer's payment method when purchasing.
- Refund via payment gateway system
- Refund via bank transfer.
- Cashback at the store
- Nam An Market will send the response to the return request to the Customer via email or/and SMS within a maximum of 5 working days from the date Nam An Market receives the product back.
- If the refund request meets the requirements in item (2), Nam An Market will carry out the refund procedure for the customer from the time the return request is made within the following time:
- With non-bank payment method: customers will receive the refund from 3-5 working days.
- With payment method via bank: Nam An Market will complete the refund procedure from 3-5 working days and send a request to the bank for processing and refund to the customer's account.
- Nam An Market is not responsible for damaged products during transportation to Nam An Market stores.
