Product Description:
Alsa Tiramisu Cream Mix 490 g is a ready-to-use powder blend for making tiramisu-flavored cream. It contains sugar, stabilizers, coffee and cocoa flavoring, helping you create a smooth, creamy, and rich tiramisu dessert without complex preparation.

Ingredients:
Sugar, maltodextrin, modified starch, mascarpone powder (5.2%), glucose syrup, coconut oil, emulsifier (E472b), flavoring, gelling agent (E407), milk protein, whole egg (0.4%), natural color extracts (carrot extract, turmeric extract), skimmed milk powder, salt.
May contain traces of: gluten, soy, and nuts.

Directions for Use:

1. Pour cream (or milk) into a mixing bowl, then add the Alsa mix. Beat with an electric mixer at medium speed for 2–4 minutes, depending on the desired consistency.

2. Dip sponge cake or ladyfingers in coffee, then arrange a layer at the bottom of a dish or cup. Spread a layer of cream on top. Repeat the process and finish with a cream layer.

3. Dust with cocoa powder. Chill for 1 hour before serving.

Storage Instructions:
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat sources (such as stoves or ovens).
After opening, reseal the sachet tightly or transfer the powder to an airtight container. It can be stored in the refrigerator to maintain freshness.
Avoid prolonged exposure to air to prevent clumping or flavor loss.
