Product Description:
Non-fried, straight noodles made from wheat flour.
Each pack contains noodles and a separate soy sauce tonkotsu soup base.
Ingredients:
Noodles (wheat flour [made in Japan], salt, oligosaccharides), soup (livestock extract [made in Japan], soy sauce, hydrolyzed protein, pork fat, salt, seafood extract, rapeseed oil, sugar, kelp extract, spicy seasoning), seasoning (amino acids), white liquor, acidity regulator (Sodium carbonate [INS 500(i)]), natural coloring (gardenia fruit), caramel coloring class I [INS 150a], thickener (guar gum [INS 412]).
(Contains wheat, soybeans, pork, chicken).
Directions for Use:
Bring 450–500ml of water to a boil, add noodles (as desired), and cook for about 3 minutes.
After boiling the noodles, add the soup base, stir well, and turn off the heat.
Serve in a bowl and enjoy.
Add toppings such as green onions, chashu pork, or bean sprouts for enhanced flavor.
When cooking noodles separately, dissolve the soup base in 270–300ml of hot water (adjust to taste).
Storage Instructions:
Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature.
