Spanish-style soft goat cheese with black truffle, available in a 145g pack.

Ingredients

• Pasteurized goat's milk, 3% black truffle mushroom blend (including Agaricus bisporus mushrooms, Boletus edulis mushrooms and similar varieties, sunflower oil, 10% black truffle – Tuber aestivum Vitt, salt, pepper, sugar, natural flavoring, natural black truffle flavoring), added salt, microbial rennet, lactic cultures, preservative INS 202.

Directions for Use

• Allow the cheese to come to room temperature for approximately 15 minutes before serving.
• Best enjoyed at a temperature of 15–20°C.

Storage Instructions

• Keep refrigerated at 2–8°C.
