Yamamori Soba Noodles are made primarily from a blend of buckwheat and wheat flour. With a medium thickness, they can be enjoyed either hot or cold.
Yamamori Soba 200g is crafted from carefully selected ingredients using modern technology, delivering the rich, distinctive flavor of authentic buckwheat noodles.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour (68%), soba (buckwheat) flour (28%), salt, water.
Cooking Instructions:
Boil 1 liter of water, add 100g of noodles, and cook for 10–15 minutes depending on preference.
Rinse briefly under cold running water (do not over-rinse).
Ideal for dishes such as stir-fried soba (Yakisoba) or soba noodle soup (Tsuyu soba).
Storage Instructions:
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain product quality.
