Aged sheep's milk cheese with truffle, originating from Spain, available in a 150g pack.

Ingredients

• 97% sheep's milk cheese (including pasteurized sheep's milk (origin: Spain), salt, stabilizer (calcium chloride), rennet, lactic cultures, preservative (lysozyme from egg)), cheese rind (polyvinyl acetate and preservative natamycin – INS 235), 3% truffle cream (including Agaricus bisporus mushrooms, corn oil, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt), water, sunflower oil, natural flavoring, salt, dried potato, garlic).

Directions for Use

• Allow the cheese to come to room temperature for approximately 15 minutes before serving.
• Best enjoyed at a temperature of 15–20°C.

Storage Instructions

• Keep refrigerated at 2–8°C.
