Aged sheep's milk cheese with Espelette pepper, originating from Spain, available in a 150g pack.

Ingredients

• 97% sheep's milk cheese (including pasteurized sheep's milk – origin: Spain, salt, stabilizer (calcium chloride), rennet, lactic cultures, preservative (lysozyme from egg)), outer rind (polyvinyl acetate and preservative natamycin), 3% Espelette pepper paste (origin: France) (including ground Espelette pepper (2.2%), vinegar, sunflower oil, water, salt).

Directions for Use

• Allow the cheese to come to room temperature for approximately 15 minutes before serving.
• Best enjoyed at a temperature of 15–20°C.
• The cheese rind is not edible.

Storage Instructions

• Keep refrigerated at 2–8°C.
