Ingredients

• 97% sheep's milk cheese (pasteurized sheep's milk (origin: Spain), salt, stabilizer: calcium chloride, rennet, lactic cultures, and preservative: natamycin), 3% black garlic cream (origin: Spain) (2.4% black garlic, sunflower oil).

Directions for Use

• Allow the cheese to come to room temperature for approximately 15 minutes before serving.
• Best enjoyed at a temperature of 15–20°C.
• The cheese rind is not edible.

Storage Instructions

• Keep refrigerated at 2–8°C.
