Product Description

Aged sheep's milk cheese with rosemary, available in a 150g pack.

Ingredients

• Pasteurized sheep's milk, salt, stabilizer (calcium chloride), rennet, preservative (lysozyme from egg), lactic cultures.
• The cheese rind contains the preservative natamycin, lard, and 3% rosemary (origin: European Union – EU).

Directions for Use

• Allow the cheese to come to room temperature for approximately 15 minutes before serving.
• The cheese rind is not edible.

Storage Instructions

• Keep refrigerated at 2–8°C.
