Staying on the palate is creamy and well-balanced with acidity that highlights its juiciness and persistence. Concentration: 13.2% Ideal for seasoned fish such as salmon and also for shellfish. It also pairs well with pasta, white meats, salads, and light cheeses. Serve at 10º 12 12 C.
