Brewing Instructions:
Feel free to brew in your own way, or follow these simple steps to enjoy a perfect cup of coffee:

Grind the coffee beans to a size suitable for your brewing equipment.

Start by preheating the phin filter. Place the filter on a cup, then pour boiling water into the filter. Allow the water to drain completely and discard it. (This step helps both to preheat and to clean the filter. If the filter is not cleaned thoroughly, coffee residue from previous brews could affect the flavor.)

After adding the ground coffee into the filter, gently shake it to level the surface. This helps prevent grounds from falling into the cup, which can happen if the grind is too fine or if the filter holes are too large.

Pour a small amount of boiling water into the filter and wait for the coffee to "bloom." Then, slowly pour about 30–40ml of boiling water in a spiral motion from the center outward. Cover the filter and let the coffee bloom for about 2 minutes. (Use a kettle with a narrow spout to ensure gentle and precise pouring without disturbing the coffee bed.)

After the blooming phase, gently compress the coffee with the filter press.

Continue by pouring 45–60ml of boiling water into the filter, again using a spiral motion from the center outward. Cover the filter and let the coffee drip through.

Add sugar, condensed milk, and ice as desired, and enjoy.
