How to use

Your delicious tasting, healthy Omega 3 instant oats breakfast is ready
for you in just 2 minutes.  Can be cooked with either water or milk for
a creamier consistency and additional protein.

Simply add half a cup (38g) to half a cup (125ml) of boiling water and stir.
Let it stand for 1-2 minutes or until desired consistency is reached and enjoy.

OR

Add half a cup (38g) to half cup of water or your favourite milk and microwave
for 90 seconds* on high. Stir and allow to cool slightly before serving.
