De Cecco Gnocchi Potato Pasta 500g is made from a traditional recipe combining selected potatoes and soft wheat flour, delivering a smooth texture and rich flavor. Gnocchi has a soft, round shape with fine ridges on the surface, allowing it to hold sauces well. It pairs beautifully with both simple and rich sauce preparations.

Ingredients:

• Mashed potatoes: approx. 80% (including dehydrated potatoes, potato starch)

• Wheat flour

• Rice flour, seasoning, salt

Usage Instructions:
Cooks quickly in about 2 minutes in boiling water. When the gnocchi floats to the surface, it is ready to serve. Can be enjoyed with various sauces such as butter & sage, cream sauce, tomato sauce, or cheese sauces.

Storage Instructions:
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. After opening, refrigerate and use within a few days.
