Pomace Olive Oil is extracted from the freshest olives through cold pressing technology, which has the best taste. It does not contain preservatives, bleach like other oils. Olive oil labeled 'super pure' is not allowed to contain any type of refining oil. The acidity of the oil (non-fatty acid) is not allowed to exceed 0.8% per 100 grams. Super virgin oil is the quintessential and tasting oil of all olive oils and has the highest percentage of antioxidants.
