Rustichella d'Abruzzo Paccheri Pasta 500g is a premium Italian pasta produced in the Abruzzo region using 100% carefully selected durum wheat semolina and pure water. Characterized by its large tube shape, Paccheri is a traditional Southern Italian pasta that is perfect for rich sauces and stuffed pasta recipes.

Bronze-die extruded and slowly dried at low temperatures, the pasta develops a naturally rough surface that holds sauces exceptionally well while maintaining its signature al dente texture. It is an excellent choice for hearty ragù, creamy sauces, seafood recipes, or baked stuffed pasta dishes.

Directions for Use

• Cook in generously salted boiling water for approximately 13–15 minutes, or until al dente.
• Serve with tomato sauce, meat ragù, cream sauce, seafood sauces, or use in stuffed and baked pasta recipes.
