(Nero Di Seppia) Casa Rinaldi Black Squid Ink Sauce is made from natural squid ink, blended with water and sea salt, and contains no preservatives.

Ingredients

• Squid ink (40%), water, salt, thickener (INS 466).

Directions for Use

• Use for food preparation.
• Dilute with water and add to the dish before serving (1g per 100g).
