• Ice Cream Filling (54%): 30% cream blend [water, 10% cream, cane sugar, skimmed milk, whey, stabilizers (412, 410)], 5% chocolate chips [sugar, refined coconut oil, alkalized cocoa powder, cocoa, salt, corn starch, emulsifier (322(i)), natural flavoring], alkalized cocoa powder.
• Mochi Dough (46%): Cane sugar, water, glutinous rice flour, egg white, natural colors (163(vi), 150a), enzymes, beetroot juice [glycerin, natural color (162), water, natural flavoring, acidity regulator (330)], rapeseed oil, and corn starch.
