Description:
Colman’s Beef Casserole Seasoning Mix 40g is a traditional British-style blend of tomato powder, onion, garlic, spices, and herbs such as parsley and rosemary. It delivers a rich, hearty flavor and is easy to use for family meals.

Ingredients:
Tomato powder (16%), onion powder (6.5%), salt, flavouring (contains wheat and barley), yeast extract, barley malt extract, wheat flour, garlic powder, spices (pepper, parsley root powder), herbs (parsley, rosemary).

Directions for Use:
Marinate 500g of beef with 1/3 of the seasoning mix for about 15 minutes. Sear the beef, then add water or stock. Stir in the remaining seasoning mix along with potatoes and carrots. Simmer gently for 1.5–2 hours until the meat is tender. Adjust seasoning if necessary before serving.

Storage:
Before opening: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
After opening: Transfer any remaining contents to an airtight container, refrigerate, and use within 2 days.
