Colman’s Mint Sauce is an essential condiment for lamb dishes, made from British-grown mint leaves that are finely chopped and preserved in vinegar. In addition to its traditional pairing with roast lamb, Colman’s Classic Mint Sauce can be stirred into yogurt to create a delightful mint raita, and is also a perfect match with mushy peas!

Ingredients:
Mint (25%), vinegar, sugar, glucose fructose syrup, water, salt, acid (acetic acid), stabiliser (xanthan gum), colour (copper chlorophyll complex).

Directions for Use:
Ready to eat. Can be used directly without further preparation.

Storage Instructions:
Refrigerate after opening and consume within 4 weeks.
