Peppermint is a herbaceous plant that lives for a long time. The soft stem is square in shape with a green or purple color, the average height is about 30-40cm. Instructions for use: Direct mint, dried mint, essential oils or preparations with extracts from this herb can be used. Usual dosage: 4 – 8g of peppermint and 0.06 – 0.6ml of peppermint essential oil/day.
