Knife Nakiri Wasabi Black Kai 16.5Cm
Wasabi Black knife line is handcrafted from 6A/1K6 steel with a hardness of 55 to 57 HRC to achieve both sharpness and high durability. The design is inspired by traditional Japanese knives (Nakiri, Deba, and Yanigiba knife styles) combined with Western-style form and function. Together with the rounded blunt tip on the bottom edge, it both helps ensure safety in cooking and increases the flexibility of the knife. The knife is suitable for cutting up and down forward (pushing) and dicing movements with a wide variety of foods.
