Kashew Mozzarella is a fresh, spongy, melted, and light cheese. A plant based on the world-famous Italian mozzarella cheese that can be served fresh or cooked. Our version is made with cashew nuts and tapioca and can melt, brown and bubble just by lighting up the reality! It's great as a dairy-free substitute on pizza or as an uncooked cottage cheese in sandwiches and salads.

Ingredients: Cashew nuts, water (RO), Kasshew cheese, tapioca flour, salt, pepper

Storage instructions: Cold storage from 4 to 6 degrees Celsius
