Ingredients:
83% pasteurized sheep milk, 3% black truffle pâté blend (button mushrooms, porcini mushrooms, sunflower oil), 12% black truffle, salt, pepper, sugar, seasoning broth (sea salt, brown sugar, spice extract, caramel sugar, maltodextrin, turmeric), black truffle flavor, acidity regulator: citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, firming agent: calcium chloride, rennet, lactic cultures, preservative: lysozyme (from egg). On the rind: preservative natamycin.
Directions for Use:

Storage Instructions:
