Hand-Pulled Somen Noodles Plum Flavor Shimabara 200G
Product Description:
Somen noodles produced in the Shimabara region (Nagasaki, Japan), crafted using traditional hand-pulling techniques to create thin, delicate, and slightly chewy strands.
The set includes two types of noodles: classic white somen and ume (plum) flavored noodles with a light pink color.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour (domestically produced), salt, plum flesh, perilla powder, vegetable oil, starch, artificial coloring (carmin), artificial flavoring.
Directions for Use:
Add noodles to a pot of boiling water and stir gently while cooking.
Cooking time:
Plum noodles: 2 min 30 sec ~ 3 min.
White noodles: 90 sec ~ 2 min.
If cooking both together: boil the plum noodles for about 1 minute first, then add the white noodles and cook for an additional 90 sec ~ 2 min.
Drain well after rinsing in cold water. Serve as desired.
Storage Instructions:
Store at room temperature.
