Product Description

Japanese Eel Sauce is made with a concentrated soy sauce base enriched with the rich flavor of brown sugar and Hokkaido red dates, then finished with sake for a distinctive and harmonious taste. It is specially suited for grilled eel and can also be used with Teriyaki dishes and other preparations.

Ingredients

Soy sauce (made in Japan), glucose syrup, high-fructose corn syrup, brown sugar, mirin, sake, red date extract, plum extract, peanuts, flavor enhancers (INS 621, INS 635).

Allergen Information: Contains wheat and soybeans. After opening, refrigerate and use within 1 week. The product may deform when exposed to high temperatures; keep away from heat sources.

Directions for Use

Hold the cap firmly and shake well before use. Follow the arrow to open the cap. Drizzle an appropriate amount of sauce over cooked grilled eel and serve.

One bottle can be used for approximately 8 grilled eels.

Storage Instructions

Before opening, store at room temperature away from direct sunlight. After opening, refrigerate and use as soon as possible.
