Oats, rye flour, sugar, dried fruits (papaya, raisins, dried apple, dried strawberry) (10.2%), wheat flour, coconut, maltodextrin, vegetable oil, rice flour, starch (corn, potato, sweet potato), corn flour, pumpkin seeds, almond powder, humectant (INS 422), salt, wheat bran, brown rice flour, apple juice, acidity regulators (INS 330, INS 296), thickener (INS 1420), niacin (vitamin B3), lactose, antioxidant (INS 307a), vitamin B6, vitamin B1, vitamin A, folic acid, vitamin D, vitamin B12.

Usage Instructions:
Eat directly or mix with milk or yogurt.

Storage Instructions:
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. After opening, reseal the zip bag tightly or transfer the cereal into an airtight glass jar to maintain crispness and prevent moisture.
Consume within 30 days after opening and do not use if the cereal becomes damp or moldy.
