Their shimmering green shells range from deep green to dark bluish-green, while the plump, firm meat inside boasts a vibrant orange-yellow hue — a true delight for both the eyes and the palate.

Shape & Size: Long triangular shells with an average length of 10–15 cm, and can reach up to 20 cm.
