ISOUP Vegetarian Purple Yam Soup brings a traditional flavor with a harmonious combination of purple yam and aromatic herbs such as sawtooth coriander and rice paddy herb. The naturally mild sweetness of purple yam blends with the distinctive aroma of the herbs, creating a delicious, light, and well-balanced soup that pairs well with steamed rice, tofu, or boiled eggs.
Ingredients
Purple yam (80%), dextrose, salt, textured soy protein, rice paddy herb, sawtooth coriander, flavor enhancers (621, 627, 631), sugar, yeast extract, seasonings (pepper, garlic), vegetable oil, antioxidant (mixed tocopherol concentrate).
Directions for Use
Tear open the ISOUP soup packet and place the soup cube in a bowl. Add 200ml of boiling water and wait approximately 3 minutes for the ingredients to rehydrate and the flavors to blend. Stir well before serving.
