Pho noodle is made from rice starch which is an indispensable ingredient of dishes called Pho. Ba Cay Tre pho cake has a subtle flavor of rice (no rancidity, sourness), slightly opaque white (no yellowing), flat surface and glossy (no pits), cool to the touch and both flexible and soft.

Storage instructions: Dry, cool Instructions

for use: - Heat a pot of boiling water at 100°C.- Put the pho squeeze in boiling water at 100°C and cook for 8 minutes.- Pour the pho into 1 basket and rinse with cold water, drain.- Use the pho with broth or prepare it according to your choice.
