Product Details:
Ingredients: Organic chamomile (62%), organic lavender buds (12%), organic hop leaves (11%), organic valerian roots (11%), organic lemon balm (4%).
How to use:
- For hot tea: Place one tea bag in cup. Add 200ml of freshly boiled water and allow the tea to infuse for 3-5 minutes. Add sugar as desired. Sit down and relax with your sooting blend.
- For iced tea (to make one litre/US quart): Brew 6 tea bags in 500ml/one US pint of freshly boiled water for 3-5 minutes. Add another 500ml/one US pint of warm water. Refrigerate or serve over ice and enjoy.
Storage: Store in cool and dry place.
