It has a bright pale yellow color, with hints of apple pie and orange blossom on the nose, faintly hinting at the smell of toffee. A fresh, supple and lively attack of less sweet caramel and a hint of licorice on the tip of the tongue, continues to evolve to reveal strong and dynamic notes such as notes of toasted fruit and subtle spices (nutmeg, grey pepper, cinnamon). The finish is extremely smooth.
