Product Description:
Alsa Chocolate Flan Mix 232 g is a ready-to-use powder for making chocolate flan. It contains cocoa, corn starch, sugar, and gelling agents (carrageenan, xanthan gum), and does not contain artificial coloring or preservatives.
Ingredients:
Chocolate powder (sugar, cocoa) 64%, sugar, starch, gelling agent: carrageenan, thickener: xanthan gum, artificial flavoring.
Directions for Use:
Preparation:
Step 1: Bring ½ liter of milk to a boil in a saucepan.
Step 2: Remove from heat and immediately pour in one sachet of the mix.
Step 3: Whisk quickly until well blended.
Step 4: Return to medium heat and cook for 2 minutes, stirring continuously.
Step 5: Pour the mixture into 5 small molds and let cool.
Step 6: Refrigerate for 1 hour and 30 minutes. The dessert is then ready to serve.
Once prepared, keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.
For a larger flan, double the quantity (use 2 sachets with 1 liter of milk).
Storage Instructions:
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity.
Keep away from heat sources (stove, oven).
After opening, if not used entirely, fold the sachet tightly or transfer the powder to an airtight container; refrigerate to maintain quality.
Avoid exposure to strong odors or insects.
As a powder product, it is sensitive to moisture — if it becomes damp, it may clump and lose its gelling properties.
