Bon La Ngon Stick Cheese 250g is a pre-marinated snack, made from cheese cut into sticks, breaded and fried, creating a crispy crust on the outside and a greasy, chewy cheese filling on the inside.

Ingredients: 45% cheese (cow's milk, salt, yeast, milk curing enzymes), wheat flour, potato starch, cornstarch, salt, sugar.

Storage instructions: At -18°C or store in the freezer.

Instructions for use: Do not defrost. Fry at 165-170°C, for 2-3 minutes.
