Soft beef cheese is soaked in olive oil. Suitable for use in cold dishes or salads.

Ingredients: Fetta cheese (57.14%) (pasteurized cow's milk, salt, cultured yeast, solidifier (509), enzyme (vegetable renet)), oil blend (canola oil, extra virgin olive oil, natural coloring (140), garlic oil), thyme, pepper, bay leaf.

Storage instructions: Store refrigerated or at temperatures below 4°C, it is recommended to keep the cheese submerged in oil. Keep out of room temperature before use.
