Directions for Use:
Gently rinse under running water before eating. The peach can be enjoyed with the skin on to retain its full nutritional value. For a sweeter taste, refrigerate the fruit for a few hours before serving. Flat peaches can also be sliced and paired with yogurt, fruit salads, used in baking, or blended into smoothies according to preference.

Storage:
To keep Australian flat peaches fresh for longer, store at a cool temperature of 2–5°C. Avoid storing them together with fruits that release high levels of ethylene such as bananas or ripe apples. If the peaches are still slightly firm, leave them at room temperature for 1–2 days to ripen naturally before refrigerating. Do not wash before storage to prevent excess moisture; wash only just before use.
