Thanks to this characteristic tendon, the shoulder core is slightly crispy when cooked quickly, but when stewed or grilled slowly, the tendons will convert into gelatin, making the meat more tender, juicy and rich. The shoulder core of S-grade cows, the Homestead brand, is derived from grass-fed cows, is antibiotic-free, growth hormone-free, and ensures clean, protein-rich and Omega-3 meat than grain-fed cows. The product is packaged according to the standard of 2.5-3kg/block, vacuum suction (IW/VAC), helping to keep the freshness intact, convenient for storage and processing.
